At The Essence Vault, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the fragrances are in their original packaging and securely boxed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
